Maybe this is a track about leaving one's planet, knowing that there is never coming back, and one last time, touching the earth and smelling the air. Or maybe it is about last moments, thinking back about life. Things could have been better, but one did the best they could. All the bitterness, regrets, all of this is just blowing away with the wind, leaving only gratitude.
The track originated from the guitar melody that appears mid point, which then turned into a galactic synthwave vibe. It felt kind blank, it was not really gelling. As i was trying to make it click, a library of sitar samples caught my eyes - the perfect kind of sonic texture and organic sound to complement electronic music. I chose a few samples that I twisted and transformed and here we are. A little pinch of spaceship flyby samples and other hyperspace samples
